Youmint is a new social networking site and is now giving away cash prizes for those who join them and submit their CV through their site at Times Jobs. You could earn Rs. 2200 just by submitting your CV and also by referring your friends to Youtmint and asking them to submit their CV. This is the latest contest that they are offering.

Youmint started out just like any other social networking site but with a twist of paying the users for the members you refer to their site. Youmint has been around for nearly a year now and has come up with this offer now.

To earn all you need to do is to register for free at Youmint and then submit your CV or resume to the link that they say to submit as soon as you login. Once you finished submitting your CV and then its time for you to refer or invite your friends to You Mint. Your friend/friends should also join Youmint and participate in the CV contest by uploading their CV there. You will be paid Rs. 10 for each friend you refer and Rs. 5 for your friend’s friend that they refer. Even if you are already a member of Youmint you can still earn and those in your network if they refer more people you will still earn from them.

Their calculation of getting Rs. 2200 is like this and that if you refer 20 of your friends, you will earn Rs. 200 and your friends each refer 20 friends you will be earning Rs. 2000 and hence the total of Rs. 2200 that you could earn or win here. The maximum amount that they can pay to a person is Rs. 2500.

Apart from this contest, you can also earn by getting paid to invite your friends to Youmint and getting SMS promos on your mobile.

Even after you have referred your friends, the short listing is done by Youmint and hence it is them who decide on whom are eligible for this money. Hence remember that not all those who join and refer their friends could win the prizes and hence you cannot complain about not receiving the money even after fulfilling the contest criteria.

After submitting your resume you need to confirm your Times Jobs User ID and email ID that you used to submit your CV. There is a separate link given at the page where you need to submit both. This is very important, else you will not be paid.

This is the first time, I am hearing a social networking site, that too in India, which is said to be paying its users by cash through a contest. I feel it is a good move to attract more people, particularly youngsters to their site, this could fill their pocket with some pocket money!
