Just like the previous eBay offers you will need to use the appropriate voucher code while making the purchase to claim the gift of your choice among the gifts given. These are the season’s free gifts offered by eBay to its customers.

To explain this offer elaborately, if you can purchase products worth Rs. 10,000 and above but below Rs. 19,999 you can choose one gift from the three gifts given for this offer. The three gifts which you can get for free are Sansa 2 GB player, Bluetooth Headset Jabra BT125 or Netgear wifi router.

If you can shop for Rs. 20,000 and above during this offer period you can choose one among the three gifts given away for this offer. They are 2 GB Apple iPod, Canon A470, or 32 GB Transcend Pendrive.

You will need to pay using the option of PaisaPay while buying to be eligible for this offer. Where you can buy using credit card or online bank transfer. While making the payment you will need to enter the appropriate voucher code for the gift of your choice into the space given for eBay Gift Voucher to avail that particular free gift, else you will not be credited with the free gift. And also your total purchase value should cross Rs. 10,000 and above. You can avail any one gift only no matter how much purchase. You can either fit into one slab, either the Rs. 10,000 slab or Rs. 20,000 slab.

eBay and HSBC Offer
There is a different offer currently running on eBay with HSBC Credit Cards which is totally different from the above offer. That is, you have to use your HSBC Credit Cards to make purchase at eBay and if only if you convert your purchase above Rs. 2000 into EMIs you would cash back depending upon the value of the purchase you made through your HSBC Card at eBay.

You can convert your purchases into six monthly EMIs with nominal interest rates. There is no processing fee for converting your purchases into EMIs.

The cash back for this offer for purchase between Rs. 2000 and Rs. 5000 is Rs. 300. For purchases between Rs. 5001 to Rs. 10,000 cash back is Rs. 500. And for purchases above Rs. 10,000 the cash back is Rs. 750. Note that you will get the cash back only if you convert your purchase into EMI. Do check with eBay as well as HSBC whether you can combine this with the above offer or not, if you can you can get benefited doubly.

I have already sent Email to Ebay Customer care & waiting for reply from many days.

Calling eBay Support from past 3 days daily & even after talking to them for 30 minutes daily they are not able to give me exact model no of Netgear router.

When I am spending amount of 10000 Rs or more in such bad economy times, they dont even bother to reply.

Never expected such lousy service from them.

You can give my feedback to them if you have any of their senior contact.

@anonymous, you are absolutely right in saying about the customer service, and they are not alone there are some other online shopping portals which has really lousy customers service where they take days to reply.. and that too they send only automated replies in many cases.

regarding your case, i can try to raise your issue as best as i can..
