I guess it might have been a bug they have ignored previously...and found out after a few orders which would have happened after i blogged about it and the readers using it.... I thought myself when buying since you don't pay anything to order and not even shipping charge...
Since they might have found this bug and might have disabled it... try buying any other product using the voucher as a trial (but don't proceed to paying page if you don't want to buy it actually)... as they might not have closed the offer because it came into being only on saturday...

As said above, it might have been a bug they had and might have disabled the option of buying the Rs. 250 paper voucher through this offer because of the response or they might have not planned this offer of giving free paper voucher and hence might have disabled it now....
