@aswin, there is no special page for filling details. There will be a drop down or pop-up kind of window that will appear in front of the home page if u just visit their website. Try visiting the same website in any other browser...

They are not giving
The offer of free magazine of Right Choice is a marketing activity and the offer is floated as per marketing schedule. Currently there is no such offer, the same will be launched soon by the mid of July in different websites. You might receive an e-mailer as well. So keep checking. In the meanwhile you can read one issue (Feb'11) free on the website www.whichrightchoice.com. This is a flip through version just like magazine.
