Offer Terms and Conditions
a. This marketing program ("Offer") is provided to you by HDFC Bank Limited ("HDFC"/ "Bank").
b. It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current debit card issued by HDFC (such persons hereinafter referred to as "Cardholders(s)" and such card hereinafter referred to as "Card").
c. The Offer will begin on July 01, 2016 and will continue till March 31, 2017 (both days inclusive) ("Offer Duration"), unless extended by HDFC in its sole discretion.
d. h. Any tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Offer, may be borne by the Cardholder.
i. Following purchases or payments shall not be considered for the Offer:
1. Cash on delivery;
2. Forex booking, betting and gambling based transactions;
3. Funds transfer to another account using debit card;
4. Any fraudulent transactions;
5. Any transaction that may be deemed illegal or unauthorized at the time of declaring the cash points.
j. HDFC reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
